Integrated slope management application for national freeways in Taiwan

An integrated system has been developed for managing slopes along the national freeways in Taiwan. The management system utilizes GIS, ICT, and mobile technologies to assist the freeway authorities in freeway maintenance, monitoring, and drivers' safety. The mobility of system enables immediate access to necessary environmental and monitoring information, and provides an interface of simple, spatial, and visualized data interpretation for decision making.
