The invention discloses a cylinder head gasket device with variable cross-section serial ports. In the invention, 10 serial water ports through which coolant can flow are divided into two parts, wherein the first, second, third, fourth and fifth serial water ports are arranged at the gas inlet side of a cylinder head gasket (1), and the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth serial water ports are arranged at the exhaust side of the cylinder head gasket; the channel sections of the tenth and ninth serial water ports are the same, the channel sections of the fifth and fourth serial water ports are the same, the channel sections of the second and first water serial ports are the same, and the channel sections of the rest of the serial water ports successively decrease according to the arrangement sequence for the purpose of considering that the flow rates from a first cylinder to a fourth cylinder gradually slows down and the gas inlet side and the exhaust side have temperature difference, thus ensuring that a whole engine can be cooled evenly and the reliability of the engine is improved; and the cylinder head gasket is formed by pressing and riveting three steel gaskets together, the upper and lower steel gaskets are stainless steel plate, and the intermediate steel gasket is a cold-roll steel plate. The cylinder head gasket device with variable cross-section serial ports of the invention has the advantages that the cooling system of the engine is not changed greatly, the coolant flow from the first cylinder to a fourth cylinder is fundamentally kept consistent, and the purpose of evenly cooling each cylinder is realized.
