Clinical observation of chronic severe hepatitis accompanied with liver-renal syndrome prevented with Lipo-prostaglandin E1

objective To explore the prevented effect of lipo-prostaglandin E1(PGE1) on the patients of chronic server hepatitis accompanied with liver-renal syndrome. Methods The liver function, renal function, urine amount in 60 patients were observed during treatment. At the same time, the rate of liver-renal syndrome was diagnosed. Results The rate of liver-renal syndrome in group treated with lipo-prostaglandin E1 was decline apparently (P0.05). Conclusion Lipo-prostaglandin E1 can prevent the liver-renal syndrome effectively induced by chronic severe hepatitis.
