The suppressor of cytokine signaling-3 in ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Many members of suppressors of cytokine signaling(SOCS) family are physiological regulators during cytokine responses.The expression of SOCS-3 act as a negative feedback regulation of inflammatory systems in ischemia reperfusion injury,which is propitious to control overexpression of inflammatory factors and avoid neurological deficits.The author summarized the recent progresses about the relation of SOCS-3 and inflammation in ischemia reperfusion injury.
