Mach Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) as A Switch for All Optical Network

Mach Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) can be used in either cross or bar state that makes it possible to use as a switch for all optical network. It can be accomplished if electric field is applied to a substrate. This processes increases the speed as it is nonmechanical. The working wavelength of fiber optics network i.e., 1330nm and 1550nm been used for this work. The variation in electrode width and switching voltage is also shown in tabular form. OptiBPM software been used for designing the whole structures and performance analysis.
