Ways and Significance of Creating Condition for More Mass to Possess Property Income

"Creating condition for more mass to possess property income"is an important and innovative content of deepening income distribution system reform proposed in 17th National Congress of the CPC.This paper discusses the ways of creating condition for more mass to possess property income such as increasing continuously farmer's income,in- creasing gradually the percentage of resident's income in national income,increasing gradually the percentage of remu- neration in the first distribution,broadening investment channel,providing fair policy,etc..This paper also analyzes the significance of more mass possessing property income.
