The invention discloses a hydrated lime powder diluting and preparing device which comprises a hopper, and further comprises a water mist isolating sleeve and a water tube; a material dropping tube is arranged above the hopper; the lower end of the material dropping tube is inserted into the hopper; the water mist isolating sleeve is arranged at the lower end of the material dropping tube in a sleeved manner; the water tube is arranged on the inner wall of the hopper; and a plurality of spray nozzles are arranged on the water tube. The hydrated lime powder diluting and preparing device disclosed by the invention reduces a lime dust drifting problem in a conveying process, improves field labor environment, reduces lime loss, solves the blockage problem of the material dropping tube, and reduces equipment maintaining and clearing investment.
