Patient male, 32 years old, consulting for pain in the right wrist. After months in rehabilitation, epicondylitis is diagnosed and surgical treatment is indicated, plaster is removed at six weeks, bluish color of the whole skin of the forearm and hand, with hyperhidrosis and a lot of hair. On suspicion, gammagraphy is requested with tc99 which confirms the diagnosis of “Complex regional pain syndrome type I sympathetic dependent in grade II-III”. Derived to the Unit of Pain where it is subjected to multiple treatments, cortical electrodes are implanted at the level of dura mater in the Rolando Cisura. After no results are obtained and fibrosis is observed at the neck level, the electrodes are removed. Subsequently, she receives physiotherapeutic-osteopathic treatment, improving ostensibly. After 3 months, he returns to normal life, returning to his usual job lost 9 years ago.
