The numerically controlled dynamic seal mechanism comprises a machine frame, a paper feeding mechanism, a seal mechanism and a squeegee oil supply mechanism, wherein, the paper feeding mechanism comprises a driving device and a paper advance passage, the seal mechanism comprises a vertical seal driving mechanism and a horizontal seal driving mechanism, and printing ink wheels of the squeegee oil supply mechanism comprise a horizontal seal printing ink wheel and a vertical seal printing ink wheel. The numerically controlled dynamic seal mechanism has the advantages that firstly, two stepping motors are adopted to work, the rotational speed of the stepping motors is strictly proportional to the frequency of stepping impulse sources, so that numerically controlled accurate displacement, accurate synchronization and zero accumulated error can be obtained, and synchronous operation with a printer can be realized; secondly, a vertical seal roller and a horizontal seal roller are driven through forward and reverse rotations of the stepping motors of the seal mechanism and strictly execute seal directives sent by a computer, and fully serve proper purposes; and finally, the seal repeatability position accuracy is ensured through the positioning of a groove-shaped optical coupler arranged at the flange of a seal roller gear piece.
