Использование кластерного анализа для повышения надежности инженерных сетей

A system increasing the reliability of engineering networks has been developed. Its characteristic distinctive features are the use of self-organizing Kohonen maps for the clusterization of network elements and a method of forecasting of specific failure current. Components of discounted expenditures of energy carrier production and transportation are accounted for every cluster of engineering network elements. It allows to assess the contribution of clusters in different kinds of expenditures that serves as initial data for decision making on repairs
