Metal composite tube with adapter rings

A metal composite tube with adapter rings is characterized in that a lined tube is arranged inside a base tube; the adapter rings are arranged at the ends of the base tube and the lined tube; two ends of the lined tube extend out of two ends of the base tube; the axial inner end surface of each adapter ring is connected with the outer end surface of the base tube in a welding manner to form an annular welding ring; the inner circular ring surface of each adapter ring is connected with the outer end surface of the lined tube in a welding manner by welding flux made of the same materials with the lined tube to form an overlaying layer; the inner diameter of the overlaying layer is the same with that of the liner tube; and the outer end surface of the overlaying layer and the outer end surface of each adapter ring are positioned in the same plane. As the surfaces of two bimetal composite tubes are smooth after the bimetal composite tubes are welded, the metal composite tube with the adapter rings can avoid overlaying and prevent loose welding and gaps after welding.
