Maca fermentation nutritious food is prepared by employing the following preparation method: choosing maca, an arbitrary combination of maca and honeybee pupa, an arbitrary combination of maca and fructus lycii or an arbitrary combination of maca and honeybee pupa and fructus lycii, performing picking, cleaning, low-temperature drying and crushing, inoculating a yeast composite bacterium to perform solid saccharification fermentation to obtain a solid saccharification fermentation base material; adding one or more of starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, aspartame, peppermint oil, tea powder, coffee and milk powder as auxiliary agent into the solid saccharification fermentation base material to prepare the maca fermentation nutritious food. After maca is subjected to fermentation by the yeast composite bacterium, the specific nutritional efficacy components in maca can be relatively well absorbed by human body; and when the natural active nutrient compositions in maca are furthest kept, the mouthfeel of maka is improved, and the basic flavor of maca is perfectly reflected.
