Early neogastroplites, fort st. john group, western canada

ABSTRACT Neogastroplites cornutus wilderensis new subspecies is described which shows large smooth adult discs concealing tuberculate inner whorls. Neogastroplites maclearni Reeside and Cobban is illustrated from Cadomin, Alberta. The occurrences of Neogastroplites spp. within the Goodrich and Sikanni Formations are discussed.
