Summary of the CSNI state-of-the-art report on primary system fission product release and transport

A report has been prepared concerning primary fission product release and transport. The report considers in-vessel release and transport up to the reactor cooling system pressure boundary. Following release from the fuel, fission products could be transported through some portion of the reactor cooling system before being emitted to the containment. Major transport phenomena are reviewed.
