Global and European Voluntary Approaches in Mitigation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions on Municipal Level and Their Results

In the beginning of the 90ths many cities and local governments all over the world start to force actions in mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions. There are two networks which concentrate the cooperation of these local actors: The Climate Alliance and the Cities for Climate Protection Campaign.
