Comprehensive evaluation of construction and retrofit projects for rural network of Anguo city

By using the existing comprehensive evaluation index system for rural network retrofit,and based on the investigation of the construction and retrofit engineering projects for the rural network of Anguo city,comprehensive evaluation of these engineering projects was conducted.The Principal Component Analysis was used to simplify the index system,and the multiple correlation among indices was eliminated,as well as the negative influence of overlapped information of indices.The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation was adopted to obtain the quantitated comprehensive evaluation results.
