Some Properties of (Zn1-xMnx)3P2 ?A New Semimagnetic Semiconductors?

(Zn1-xMnx)3P2 crystals were grown from the melt for the manganese concentration within a few percent range. Magnetic properties of this compounds were invistigated by using SQUID technique. For x<0.01 paramagnetic behaviour was observed. From the shift of the absorption edge value of exchange integrals were estimated.
