Preparation method of laser clad carbon fiber/nickel-based alloy composite material coating

2014
The invention discloses a preparation method of a laser clad carbon fiber/nickel-based alloy composite material coating. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: step I, selecting 45# steel as a clad base body, polishing the 45# steel by using 600-mesh abrasive paper, and clearing greasy dirt and rust of the surface of the base body by using an acetone solution; step II, drying nickel-based alloy powder by a dryer for 1.5 hours at a drying temperature of 200 DEG C; step III, putting carbon fibers on the base body by adopting a powder pre-filling mode, and spreading the dried nickel-based alloy powder on the surface of the base body, wherein the thickness of the pre-filled powder layer is 1mm-5mm; and step IV, cladding by using a high-power semiconductor laser unit, wherein the laser output power is 3000W, the selected light spot is 4-8mm wide, the focal length is 325mm, the scanning speeds are respectively 8mm/s and 16mm/s, and the protective gas is argon gas.
