Discussion of the Procurement Fund Allocation in the Library of Northeast Agricultural University

Analytical Hierarchy Process through the use of Northeast Agricultural University library procurement funds allocated to model and analyzes various books,thus,reasonable to judge whether the existing collection for the future allocation of funds to open up new ideas.
