Диференційна діагностика ураження міокарда при дилатації камер серця

The article presents a clinical case of myocardial damage with the development of dilatation of the chambers of the heart and LV systolic dysfunction. The data of laboratory and instrumental studies, which are necessary for diagnosis, are given. During treatment, the patient’s condition improved, the size of the chambers of the heart and the contractility of the lungs normalized.
