İATROJENİK SUPERFİSİYAL FEMORAL ARTER PSÖDOANEVRİZMASININ SAFEN VEN GREFT İLE ONARIMI

Kemik kiriklarinin sabitlenmesinden once kirik uclarinin yaklastirilmasi amaciyla traksiyon (cekme) manevrasi uygulanir, bu islem icin Kirschner teli kullanilir.Bazi kirik vakalari damarlara yakin seyrettigi icin Kirschner teli uygulanirken istenmeyen komplikasyonlar gorulebilir.Biz olgumuzda Kirschner telinin traksiyon sonucu olusan femoral arter psodoanevrizmasinin onarimini takdim ediyoruz. Kirschner wires are commonly used for this purpose. In some cases, Kirschner wires may lead to undesirable complications because of related vascular structures. We present the repair of a femoral artery pseudoaneurysm occurred during the traction of Kirschner wire. Key words: Saphenous vein graft, femoral artery, iatrogenic superficial, kirschner wire.
