Травматические повреждения печени и желчевыводящих путей

In this review article, the authors have attempted to summarize the experience in tactics, diagnosis, and surgical treatment of patients with traumatic injuries of the liver and biliary tract. The article briefly displays current classification of traumatic injuries of the liver, methods of diagnosis of these lesions with the use of modern methods of investigation such as ultrasound, computed tomography, laparoscopy. The possibilities of the use of minimally invasive surgical treatment of traumatic lesions of the liver, such as laparoscopic coagulation of liver ruptures, endovascular embolization of bleeding vessels are shown in the article. The authors also revealed tactical points at various degrees of liver damage, summarized points of this organ mobilization in case of extensive break, in addition, described the indications for conservative treatment of minor injuries.
