A measuring method of the present invention is a photoelectric device landmark based on flying target, comprising the steps of (1) determining a spatial light optoelectronic device center absolute position; (2) the estimated field of view of the optoelectronic apparatus according to a target trajectory theory; ( 3) bridged within the field of view of the optoelectronic device landmark; space (4) measurement landmark absolute position; (5) the target passes through the field of view range, the photoelectric device captured image including the target and landmark information, determining landmarks image miss distance image off the target amount and the target; and (6) the absolute position in the space photovoltaic device, the spatial absolute position and the captured image flag point, the photoelectric device integrated angle measurement error; (7) code optoelectronic apparatus according to disc instruction value, the target image and the miss distance information measuring apparatus integrated angle error, obtain location information for each flight optoelectronic device relative to the target; the at least two optoelectronic devices intersection, measured flying target spatial position information or posture.
