적당한 운동이 노화에 의한 포유동물 면역기능의 변화에 미치는 영향

2015
It has been suggested that moderate exercise may modulate the immune response in the elderly. We investigated whether moderate exercise had an effect on the immune response to older (20 months) male and female Sprague Dawley(SD)rats. This study examined the effects of moderate treadmill running on blood lymphocyte expression of adhesion/activation (AA) molecules. Blood samples were taken before, immediately after, 1 and 24 h after exercise. Quantitative Flow cytometry analyses demonstrated significantly increase in the number and percentage of help T lymphocytes, Cytotoxic T lymphocytes and CD28+ T lymphocytes in the moderate running group compared to control group. No differences were found between the B-lymphocytes and the Mesenteric Lymph Nodes at the moderate exercise. Analysis of lymphocyte subsets significantly showed that the total number of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD45RA+ lymphocytes increased after the moderate exercise. In conclusion, moderate exercise was associated with increased T lymphocytes, Cytotoxic T lymphocytes and CD28 production in older mice.
