Проблеми та перспективи моделювання синдрому ,,короткої кишки”

2015
The work was performed on 30 experimental animals (white rats) in which simulated “short bowelsyndrome against a background of 12-hour acute occlusive vascular insufficiency of the small intestine. The results showed a fairly complex and negative consequences of a one-step simulation of “short bowelsyndrome against the background of acute pathological process for the development of surgery in the extrapolation of clinical problems in the experiment. This is reflected in the progressive growth of intoxication syndrome, which on day 7 post-operative period was characterized by a sharp increase in the concentration of MSM (280) to 0,55 ± 0,04 conv and FRI to 2,31 ± 0,08, and a slight decrease in the concentration of MSM 14 days (280) only 0,46 ± 0,05 conv FRI and only 219 ± 0,12. In addition, there was a progressive catabolic decompensation and high postoperative mortality.
