Разработка и изучение in vitro тканеинженерной конструкции на основе политетрафторэтилена и мезенхимальных мультипотентных стромальных клеток (сообщение № 1)

2016
A search for new biologically engineered materials to develop small diameter vascular implants has currently become a top priority. Coating of polytetrafluoroethylene implant internal layer by autologous multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells is one of promising directions to develop tissue engineered structures. The influence of growth factor and passaging time on endothelial and smooth muscle markers expression was investigated. A test on ability to form capillaries in the Matrigel was conducted. The interaction between a cellular filler and a patch, the cell viability on the patch as well as the ability to generate extracellular matrix components were researched. The ability of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells to express the endothelial and smooth muscle markers in vitro was confirmed. The cells on the polytetrafluoroethylene surface were found to form a viable monolayer that actively accumulates extracellular matrix.
