The invention discloses an automatic cutting die clamping mechanism which can install and position a cutting device accurately. The cutting die clamping mechanism comprises a cutting die fixing frame. A servo motor is arranged at one side of the cutting die fixing frame, a driving chain wheel is arranged on a motor shaft of the servo motor, the driving chain wheel is connected with a first driven chain wheel through a first chain, the first driven chain wheel is rotatably arranged on the cutting die fixing frame through a first rotating shaft, a driving gear coaxial with the first driven chain wheel is rotatably arranged on the first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft is arranged on the cutting die fixing frame, a driven gear meshed with the driving gear is arranged on the second rotating shaft, a second driven chain wheel coaxial with the driven gear is arranged on the second rotating shaft, the second driven chain wheel is connected with a third driven chain wheel through a second chain, and a third driven chain wheel is rotatably arranged on the cutting die fixing frame through a third rotating shaft.
