Complete repair of the Taussig-Bing type of double-outlet right ventricle using the arterial switch operation without coronary translocation. Report of one successful case.

1983
We report one successful case of surgical repair of a Taussig-Bing type of double-outlet right ventricle (DORV) without pulmonary stenosis and with situs inversus. We used the arterial switch operation without coronary translocation, originally proposed by Damus, Kaye, Stansel, and Alvarez for treatment of dextro-loop transposition of the great arteries.
