Exact Steady State of the Open X X -Spin Chain: Entanglement and Transport Properties

The stationary state of an open spin chain of arbitrary length is analytically computed, showing that the spin flow is affected by the presence of sinks and sources and providing an algorithm to compute the concurrence along the chain, and to study the dependencies on bath temperatures and spin chain parameters.
