A conception for Westfalen-Lippe is described, to organize integrated quality-assurance-systems from farmers to market under participation of all partners. Procedure and standards in Westfalen-Lippe are described and possibilities for connection of them are explained. The aim in view of the conception is the improvement of production- and product- safety in relation with a contribution to minimize the risk of consumers.
