한반도 비무장지대(DMZ) 저서성 대형무척추동물의 생물다양성

Benthic macroinvertebrates were investigated from DMZ (Demilitarized zone) area in Korean peninsula. Field investigations were conducted using hand net (mesh size 1mm) and aquatic kick net (mesh size 0.5mm) at 21 sites between North and South Korea from July (19~24) to November (13~18) in 2015. As a result, a total of 153 species belonging to 71 families, and 18 orders were recognized: 41 Ephemeroptera species (26.80%), 16 Odonata species (10.46%), 15 Plecoptera species (9.80%), 9 Hemiptera species (5.88%), 7 Coleoptera species (4.58%), 1 Megaloptera species (0.65%), 17 Diptera species (11.11%), 28 Trichoptera species (18.30%), and 19 non-Insecta species (12.42%). Among Insecta, Ephemeroptera and Trichoptera represented the major richness groups; whereas Megaloptera, Coleoptera, and Hemiptera were relatively less diverse. In this study, we found that two endangered species (Lethocerus deyrollei (Vuillefroy) and Libellula angelina Selys), seven Korean endemic species (Rhoenanthus coreanus (Yoon & Bae), Ephemera separigata Bae, Drunella aculea (Allen), Pteronarcys macra Ra et al., Kamimuria coreana Ra et al., Goera jaewoni Park & Bae, Psilotreta locumtenens Botosaneanu) and 15 species belonging to the management of exportable group (Semisulcospira gottschei (v. Martens), Cambaroides similis (Koelbel), Rhoenanthus coreanus (Yoon & Bae), Ephemera separigata Bae, Drunella aculea (Allen), Aeshna caerulea (Strom), Boyeria maclachlani (Selys), Davidius lunatus Bartenef, Libellula angelina Selys, Amphinemura coreana Zwick, Pteronarcys macra Ra et al., Kamimuria coreana Ra et al., Stenopsyche bergeri Martynov, Goera jaewoni Park & Bae, Psilotreta locumtenens Botosaneanu) are designated by the Ministry of Environment. Also, unidentified or rare eight species (Torleya sp., Labiobaetis sp., Scopura sp., Acroneuria sp., Stenelmis sp., Atrichops sp., Tinodes sp., Oecetis sp.) were collected in Eastern North area. This present paper provides the first comprehensive study of benthic macroinvertebrates in streams of DMZ based on a survey of natural ecosystems by field investigation in Korea Ministry of Environment.
