Cr(上标 6+)对皱叶留兰香生长及生理生化的影响

2008
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for predicting the pollution of metal Cr and eliminating its damage in the production of wild vegetable Mentha crispata Schrad. [Method] In water culture experiment, the effects of heavy metal Cr(superscript 6+) at different concn. (0, 5, 10, 50 and 100 mg/L) on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of wild vegetable M. crispate were studied. [Result] when Cr(superscript 6+) was more than 5 mg/L, the plant height, leaf area, yield and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b obviously were decreased with the increase of Cr(superscript 6+) concn. Cell membrane permeability and MDA content in plant gradually were increased with the increment of Cr(superscript 6+) concn. SOD activity was enhanced when Cr(superscript 6+) concn, was increased up to 50 mg/L and decreased after Cr(superscript 6+) concn, reached the peak. POD activity was decreased with the increase of Cr(superscript 6+) concn. SOD had the corresponding adaptability and resistance to the oxidative stress Caused by Cr and it played an important role in preventing the membrane lipid peroxidation and resisting Cr stress in the growth of M. crispate. [Conclusion] Wild vegetable M. crispate had stronger adaptability and the defense ability to Cr(superscript 6+) stress at 10 mg/L.
