Denatonio benzoato in prodotti per detergenza: analisi LC-MS/MS

The denatonium benzoate content in household products was evaluated by means of a LC-MS/MS technique, developing a specific analytical method for this purpose. The method resulted to be fast, selective, sensible, without any sample pre-treatment. The method may be useful also for other products containing the same additive.
