The Practice and Research on the Cooperative Education Model of the Hotel Management Specialty between the University and Enterprises

Because of the rapid development of hotel trade,a great many attendants are required.In order to meet the need of it,Xinjing Vocational University cooperated with Haidi Hotel and Hongfu Hotel in setting up the cooperative education model between the university and the enterprises.Both sides take the measure of training and examining jointly.The jobs will be chosen by the student,while the students will be chosen and used by enterprises.It realized the guiding principle of running a Higher Vocational university-combination among market requirements,enterprise and universities,and employment guide.
