Фармакологическая коррекция функции митохондрий при травме мозга у неполовозрелых животных

2016
The aim of the investigation was a search of effective pharmacological agents for the correction of metabolic disorders in post-traumatic period of immature animals. We studied the influence of several neuro-metabolic agents with nootropic activity on mitochondrial function of brain in dynamics of traumatic brain injury. The experiments were performed on rats of 1-2 months of age. Their brain injury was imitated through a trephine opening of the skull under general anaesthesia. The condition of oxidative phosphorylation in the brain mitochondria was determined via polarographic method with the use of enclosed Clark’s electrode. Brain injury causes severe disturbance of the oxidative function and phosphorylation of mitochondria which remains even in a month after the trauma imitation. It has been shown that the course treatment with nooglutyl (N-5[oxynicotinoil] -L-glutamic acid) in the dose of 25 mg/kg completely normalizes bioenergetic function of brain mitochondria after traumatic brain injury of immature rats.
