The invention relates to an imaging device for fluoroscopy of an object having a source arrangement can be used by which X-rays from different positions, forming an at least one-dimensional structure, emitted, wherein the different positions form an at least one-dimensional structure, a detector array for detecting the X-rays, whereby between of the source assembly and the detector assembly is placed an object, so that the attenuated by the object X-rays can be recorded at the detector array, and with an evaluation device for evaluating the recorded by the detector array signals, wherein a region of the detector arrangement is assigned to different positions of the structure of which are directed from each X-ray fluoroscopy in part to the area, where the sum of the dimension of the structure and dimension of the area is greater than or equal to 2, wherein the area of the detector array during the straightening of the X-rays from different position on the area spatially fixed, and wherein the region is aligned with respect to the structure that the partial fluoroscopy, by the various positions of the structure with a spatially fixed range of the detector are produced, to build a beam geometry, which beam geometry surface irradiates the object. Furthermore, the invention relates to a radiation therapy device having such image forming apparatus, a corresponding image forming method and a computer program product.
