Lung cancer is the leading malignant disease in the world. Lung cancer is diagnosed in stage III or IV in most cases, when radical treatment is impossible. The contemporary lung cancer diagnosis and treatment possibilities, which would help to improve these patients prognosis, are discussed in this article.
