A Multi-Agent System Method for Waveform Diversity and EMC

Provide a general overview of the new research area called waveform diversity (WD), and its potential impact to the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) community. WD is beginning to transition from theory to operational systems, dynamically changing the electromagnetic emanations of radar and communications systems however poses an EMC challenge, and the effect on EMC analysis may be significant. Describe WD and potential effects to the EMC community. An approach for maintaining EMC in a dynamically changing environment is also provided along with an example of Multi-Agent System(MAS) solution.
