Organic waste treatment apparatus
2011
PURPOSE: A combination of a high efficient 2-phase anaerobic digestion process and an evaporation-concentration process reusing vapor for high concentration organic waste treatment is provided to save energy while organic waste and wastewater are treated. CONSTITUTION: Methane gas is generated by digesting organic waste using anaerobic microorganisms and is used as energy. The generated methane gas is used as fuel for a gas boiler or a gas generator. The methane gas is converted into thermal energy and is used as auxiliary thermal energy for an evaporation-concentration process reusing vapor. High temperature vapor is re-compressed, and the re-compressed vapor is used as thermal energy.
