Caracterização das substâncias húmicas aquáticas com uso de espectroscopia de UV-VIS Characterization of humics aquatic substances with use of spectroscopy of UV-VIS

This work had as objective preliminary characterize s the Aquatic Humic Substances (ASH), of the two rivers that form the reservoirs of Biritiba and Paraitinga . The characterization was carried through the UV-V IS spectroscopy, through the Log A (absorbance), the r elatively high UV-VIS absorbance E4/E6 and E2/E4, with semi quantitative method. The Chemometric analysis can be found in the with the spectra of UV-VIS and of IR, allowed the observation that the Humic Substances ( SH) in the two rivers, presented functional groups, molecular mass and amout of distinct condensation f or the rivers and also for the different sample poi nts. Those changes are strictly associated with seasonal varia tions and human actions.
