Acúmulo de matéria orgânica em fragmentos de capoeiras

2018
The work proposes to analyze the incorporation of biomass in the different models of managementin capoeiras and to investigate the influence of the management in the increment andmaintenance of the fertility. Five rows were used, T1-Farm traditional, T2-Farm enriched, T3-AlleySystem, T4-Farm with vegetation strip, T5-Farm without fire. 25 litter samples were collectedfrom the 5 areas, with a 0.5m x 0.5m square, which was then dried and weighed. There wasvariation of total dry matter sampled between the implantation areas, although with equal fallowtime, with T3 being the area with the highest volume. The mean values at T1=288.6g.0.25mē²and T4=255g.0.25m were higher in T3=522.6g.0.25mē² and T5=297g.0.25mē² ~ 2 and,T2=147g.0,25m~² the smallest values. The leaves are the largest constituents of biomass andthe second, the branches. This reflects its importance for the recovery and maintenance of soilfertility in sustainable agroecosystems through the cycling of nutrients.
