The Court having considered said motion and Defendant’s Suggestions in Opposition to Plaintiff EEOC’s Motion for Protective Order, it is ORDERED as follows: 1. Defendant is directed to withdraw its Notices to Take Depositions of Bantu Publications Group, Ray County Fellowship Center, Richmond Police Department, Shirkey Leisure Acres, and Station Casino, and reschedule said depositions at a time mutually convenient for the parties. 2. Plaintiff’s request that defendant be precluded from asking Steve Bradley, Jr. at his deposition on June 15, 2004, about any documents it receives from third parties on June 14, 2004, pursuant to subpoena is denied.
