ESTIMACIÓN DEL COEFICIENTE DE TURBIDEZ β DE ÅNGSTRÖM A PARTIR DE MEDICIONES DE IRRADIANCIA GLOBAL Y DIRECTA. CASO DE ESTUDIO: CIUDAD DE SALTA (ARGENTINA)

In order to study the characteristics of atmospheric turbidity in the city of Salta, global and direct irradiance was measured, from August 2009 to June 2010, and recorded at a frequency of 1 minute. Through the Louche method instantaneous value of Angstrom turbidity coefficient was estimated for the 111 days that were obtained with complete data measurement. The values of the coefficients indicate seasonal turbidity, with higher values in summer (average of 0.15) and lower in winter (average of 0.05).
