Paraneoplastic coagulopathy as the cause of acute repeated stroke (clinical-morphological case)

A case of paraneoplastic coagulopathy with acute repeated stroke is described in the paper. In autopsy prostate cancer was found. The overview of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical data, MRI, morphology is presented.
