Study on the Extraction of Polysaccharide from Leaves of Platanus Orientalis

The subject studied on the extraction process of polysaccharide from leaves of Platanus orientalis in this paper.Effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and liquid: material ratio on the yield of polysaccharides were studied.The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: the extracting time is 120 min,the extracting temperature is 100 ℃,the rate of solution to solid is 1∶15.
