Синтез, превращения и изучение некоторых биологических свойств новых 3,4,5-замещенных 1,2,4-триазолов

A series of new 3,4,5-substituted 1,2,4-triazoles have been synthesized and their S-alkylation reactions with various alkylating agents have been studied. By the reaction of aminomethylation, several new Mannich bases were obtained. The influence of the synthesized 1,2,4-triazole derivatives on the level of DNA methylation and their antitumor and antibacterial properties were investigated. Some compounds producing pronounced demethylation and possessing weak antitumor and antibacterial properties were identified. No correlations between the investigated biological properties have been found.
