The invention discloses a process and a device for spray lubrication for a hot-forging model cavity. The process has three functions, namely 'blowing cleaning scale, water spray cooling and spray lubricating', wherein the functions can be used separately or used in pair according to the requirement, and the three functions also can be used at the same time. The device of the invention is typical application for realizing the process; the three process of 'cleaning the scale', 'cooling' and 'depositing a lubricating film' can be separated through different combinations of 'on' or 'off' of a liquid passage control valve, a water valve, a high-pressure air valve and a lubricant valve; only high-pressure air is used during cleaning the scale, only atomized substances of the high-pressure air and the water are used during cooling, and atomized substances of the high-pressure air and the lubricant are used during depositing the lubricating film, namely the lubricant is used only in the third process and not used in the previous two processes. Therefore, the consumption of the lubricant can be greatly reduced, and the using cost and environment pollution are reduced. The process and the device can be widely applied to forging enterprises of various types.
