The control method includes the steps of comparing the voltage reflecting the on and off states of a silicon-controlled switch connected with the LED driving system with a first threshold voltage; and determining the silicon-controlled switch is off when the voltage is less than the first threshold voltage to generate the discharge current for maintaining the normal work of the silicon-controlled switch. Therefore, the on and off states of the silicon-controlled switch connected with the LED driving system can be automatically detected, and the discharge current for maintaining the normal work of the silicon-controlled switch when the silicon-controlled switch is off is generated, so that the phenomenon that the flashing is generated when the system is started again because the switch has no maintaining current at the off stage to cause abnormal work.
