Management of Organization’s Activity Processes

The paper defines processes of organization’s activity proving a direct integral link among the organization’s aims, functions and processes. The author determines the purport and content of activity processes’ management, formulates the functions of process management and analyzes means of their execution. Recommendations for process management development are also presented.
