The invention provides a horizontal well rod conveying well-logging method which comprises the following steps: at first, pulling out an original well tubular column, washing a well, and dredging the well ; then, lowering a horizontal well rod conveying well-logging process tubular column into a casing pipe; lowering an oil pipe, wherein an oil pipe bellmouth or a screen pipe and an oil pipe guide cone are arranged below the oil pipe; lowering tappet rods in the oil pipe, wherein a logging instrument is arranged below the tappet rods, and the top tappet rod is connected with a cable head and a cable; next, lowering a cable for testing; and finally, pulling out the cable, the tappet rods and the logging instrument. According to the horizontal well rod conveying well-logging method, the horizontal well rod conveying well-logging process tubular column is adopted for well logging of a horizontal well, cable pulling and lowering are realized, and the cost is low; and meanwhile, the tappet rods are high in rigidity and toughness and resist to high pressure and high temperature, instrument signal transmission is realized by the built-in cable, the structure is simple and the use is convenient.
